Applications open for the Devon Hedge Year Course 2023/24

Since June 2022 we have been running a year long hedge course and we’re now inviting applications for the next one…

We are very excited to announce that you can now apply to join our next course which will begin in June. Applications will close at the end of April.

The course is based on one Devon Hedge, over a full year, with eight students, twelve instructors, and seventeen days of tuition. 

This course aims to give students an holistic understanding of the ancient Devon Hedge, what is involved in its maintenance, its historical, cultural and ecological value, and what can be foraged from it in terms of food, fuel and fibre.
