Hedge steeping including bank restoration

Many of Devon’s hedgebanks are not faced with stone and over time the sides slump down and gaps appear. Turf can be used to reinstate the bank, afer which the hedge can be laid and remaining soil cast up into the middle of the bank. This was a real joy to do, bring the hedge back into full use again.
